Ten years from now I foresee my life to be a disciplined one. All of these topics under Human Behavior in Organization would still be kept intact in my mind for these topics are quite applicable. I see myself to be an educated manager and at the same time a leader for others. I may never be a perfect person for my workplace for there is no such thing. All I know is that I am knowledgeable and motivated to undergo employee problems.
